NEW SOLAR SHINGLE DESIGNED FOR COVERING EXISTING OR
NEW ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING
Features:
· New solar shingle designed to be mounted over
existing asphalt shingles (even weathered ones).
· These shingles consist of a solar laminate cemented to a
GalvalumeTM coated steel roofing sheet.
· Shingle shown in figure 1 above. Develops 68 watts and has
dimensions of 16" x 120".
· Shingles with higher outputs up to 136 watts having dimensions
of 16" x 220" are also available.
· Solar shingles are composed of the unisolar solar membrane
permanently cemented to flat panels of GalvalumeTM
roofing material sheets.
· GalvalumeTM is an industrial roofing material with an
expected life of 50 years.
· Expensive, labor intensive, aluminum brackets required for
glass solar panels are eliminated.

68 watt solar shingle 120" x 16": $575-
15 solar shingles having a total area of 200 square feet,
producing 1.02 Kilowatt with an inverter: $9,995-
